AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the operations of client organizations and pinpoint opportunities where AI can generate quantifiable business value.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design processes with business stakeholders.

• Develop practical AI operating models that align with each organization’s goals and operational methods.

• Configure AI agents, knowledge frameworks, and governance within PIPE44.

• Assist organizations with onboarding, implementation, and sustained AI adoption.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with business and operational stakeholders.

• Evaluate AI adoption, solution quality, and business results, identifying areas for ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with Embedded AI Engineers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

• Contribute to the advancement of PIPE44 by bringing real-world client challenges and successful delivery methods back into the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process enhancement, or a related field.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, department heads, or executive teams.

• Strong practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and contemporary enterprise AI workflows.

• Experience in designing or deploying AI-enabled business solutions in production settings.

• Familiarity with AI governance, knowledge management, and responsible AI practices.

• Capability to convert business challenges into actionable AI-enabled solutions.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable operating within structured governance, accountability, and delivery frameworks.

• Experience in remote, client-facing roles is highly advantageous.

• Strong sense of ownership; you deliver on your commitments.

• Proficient in business-fluent English (both written and verbal).
