AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of identifying and eliminating manual tasks within marketing, replacing them with scalable, intelligent systems that enhance speed, output, and business impact.

• Recognize manual, repetitive workflows in marketing and transform them using AI-driven solutions.

• Develop and implement agentic workflows for content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.

• Design integrated systems and data pipelines that automatically surface insights.

• Establish a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge base encompassing product, personas, and market intelligence.

• Automate reporting for campaigns, post-event analyses, and ongoing performance insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

• Construct the technical foundation that enhances Flywire’s visibility in AI-driven search environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps, with sufficient context to link your creations to pipeline and revenue results.

• Demonstrated ability to transform a manual or faulty workflow into a functional AI-driven solution independently.

• Strong proficiency in AI, with practical experience in building workflows and automations using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar.

• Technical savvy and comfort working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

• Direct experience utilizing AI tools to significantly automate or expedite your work, surpassing basic content generation.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and gain access to the data and systems necessary for your tasks.

• A well-defined perspective on the future of AI in marketing, grounded in practical application rather than theory.

• A builder mindset showcased through side projects, experiments, or internal tools.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
