This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Design, implement, and sustain tailored low-code and API-centric marketing automation workflows utilizing Workspace Studio and AI Studio.
• Connect creative and media asset workflows through Stitch, Google Flow / Flow Tools, Botz, and Pomelli.
• Aggregate campaign strategy documentation and distill marketing research using NotebookLM and the LLM Extension in Chrome.
• Streamline bug categorization, execution-log reviews, root-cause investigations, and the routing of marketing dependencies with BugAI and Buganizer tools.
• Oversee internal automation scripts, track CL velocity, and ensure adherence to technical quality standards using Code Search Chat & Agent and Code Review Agent in Critique.
• Construct and query internal knowledge bases, operational guidelines, and launch FAQs employing Moma Search AI Answers and Moma AI.
• Create automated project status updates and video presentations for executive reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Work alongside Program Managers on agency and vendor access requests and policy approvals for developer and AI tools.
• Collaborate with the client AI Solutions Lead to develop automated end-to-end marketing operations solutions.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Global Creative, Global Production, 3P, 1P, Social Activations, Media Lab, and Strategy & Operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2+ years of experience in software development, API integration, or marketing technology engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a complex, large technology organization.
• Practical programming experience with Python, JavaScript/Apps Script, REST APIs, or low-code automation tools like Workspace Studio.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in consumer electronics marketing ecosystems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Gemini AI frameworks and productivity tools is preferred.
• Experience in building scalable API connectors, webhooks, and data pipelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of LLM/Gemini APIs, structured JSON outputs, prompt chains, and agentic/tool-use architectures is preferred.
• Understanding of agency/vendor access governance frameworks and policy workflows is preferred.
• Ability to merge strategic thinking with technical execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Capability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility, influence, and achieve results in a matrixed organization.
