This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Take responsibility for the technical onboarding process and go-live for mid-market and Enterprise clients.

• Create and implement AI agents on Astra to streamline customer workflows.

• Develop and set up integrations for the WhatsApp Business API, webhooks, and chatbot flows.

• Connect Wati with various CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and other third-party platforms.

• Advise clients on AI strategies by identifying opportunities for automation and promoting adoption.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to identify signals for expansion and upsell prospects.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate technical issues following the launch.

• Contribute to the creation of internal playbooks, integration templates, and reusable resources.

• Over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical Customer Success Manager roles.

• Proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, and various integration patterns.

• Background in deploying or consulting on AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.

• Expertise in the WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms.

• Experience with CRM integrations, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills; capable of simplifying technical complexities for business stakeholders.

• Self-motivated; adept at managing multiple mid-market accounts simultaneously.
