AI Solution Consultant – AI Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows to uncover opportunities for AI and automation.

• Design and develop AI solutions, including strategic roadmaps and solution architectures.

• Assess technologies related to Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics.

• Construct business cases, perform ROI analyses, and devise pricing strategies.

• Deliver presentations on solutions and provide guidance to customers and key stakeholders.

• Create blueprints and establish best practices for implementation.

• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams.

• Assist clients in their transition to an AI-enhanced customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management.

• Proven experience in customer engagement and interaction with decision-makers.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies and automation processes.

• Preferably, familiarity with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics.

• Experience in developing business cases, calculating ROI, and crafting solution designs.

• Knowledge of the customer service/contact center sector is beneficial.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

• A confident professional demeanor, with a methodical and analytical work approach.

• High levels of initiative, exceptional communication skills, and strong collaborative abilities.
