AI Solution Architect – w/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with designing the integration of Artificial Intelligence within our organization and our software offerings.

• You will identify potential use cases, assess technologies, and create scalable AI solutions.

• You will oversee the technical AI strategy and the development of an AI and LLM platform.

• You will formulate and manage the technical AI strategy as well as an AI reference architecture.

• You will establish standards for prompt engineering, testing, quality assurance, and governance.

• You will provide guidance to management, product teams, and business units on AI utilization.

• You will assist in pilot projects, training, and the implementation of best practices.

• You will take into account data protection, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements during AI deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development or software architecture.

• Strong knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, APIs, and Python or a similar programming language.

• Familiarity with pertinent AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MLP, or prompt engineering.

• Ideally, experience with LLM Ops / ML Ops, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning, Kubernetes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).

• A robust understanding of architectural and systems concepts.

• High technical curiosity coupled with a pragmatic and communicative working style.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to organize complex subjects effectively.

• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
