AI Solution Architect, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate definitions in collaboration with the client: identify the core of the problem, define the necessary solutions, and ensure business value.

• Design a solution architecture that integrates agents, interfaces, and backend systems securely, scalably, and cost-effectively.

• Act as an intermediary between the development team and the client throughout the project.

• Translate solutions from concept to implementation and manage project progress in ambiguous situations.

• Support sales during client meetings and the proposal phase.

• Clarify the capabilities of AI agents in the client's scenarios and bring technical credibility to discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Curiosity and a strong understanding of large language models, such as OpenAI and Anthropic.

• Familiarity with the fundamental concepts of agent-based artificial intelligence.

• Strong comprehension of software architecture and the operational logic of AI agents.

• Ability to communicate fluently about business objectives and technical solutions, and translate these concepts for different audiences.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as definitions, workshops, or solution sales.

• Proficiency in the Finnish language.

• A background in development or architecture is considered an advantage.

• Experience in presales work and providing technical support for proposals is seen as beneficial.

• Insight into when AI agents add value and when a traditional solution is preferable.
