AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various business sectors to pinpoint opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation.

• Directly engage with business users to comprehend their needs and document the associated requirements.

• Evaluate the suitability of AI solutions and design, build, test, and support effective implementations.

• Transition solutions from concept to execution, encompassing discovery, solution design, prototype development, and deployment assistance.

• Work alongside clients’ security, privacy, architecture, and technology teams to ensure that solutions are secure and comply with relevant standards.

• Take risks into account and assist with security evaluations, ensuring that solutions adhere to access controls and operational support considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating directly with business users to gather, clarify, document, and validate business requirements for technology or AI-driven solutions.

• Proficiency in designing, building, testing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, or similar low-code/no-code AI development platforms.

• Experience in facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, user testing, or adoption initiatives with business areas and technical teams.

• Familiarity with integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise data sources, APIs, or other business systems.

• Ability to produce clear solution documentation, which includes requirements, design decisions, testing outcomes, deployment notes, user guidance, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and guide solutions from discovery to implementation within a complex enterprise setting.
