AI Software Engineer – GenAI, RAG, Azure AI Foundry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines utilizing contemporary vector databases and embeddings.

• Develop and enhance LLM-driven applications such as chatbots, copilots, and automation agents.

• Utilize tools like Claude, GPT, and AI coding assistants to expedite development and enhance code quality.

• Create agentic AI workflows with frameworks that support reasoning, tool utilization, and multi-step decision-making.

• Architect and deploy AI solutions through Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure ML.

• Oversee scalable deployments utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and Helm.

• Implement semantic search and vector indexing utilizing tools such as Qdrant or Azure Cognitive Search.

• Construct model-agnostic AI routing layers.

• Develop and sustain full-stack applications that integrate AI services.

• Employ AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and optimization.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred).

• Experience with modern backend or full-stack frameworks.

• Hands-on expertise in RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, or similar).

• Experience in deploying applications on Azure (AKS, Azure AI services).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with MS SQL, Azure storage, Azure App services, and API Management (APIM).
