AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Solution Development: Create AI/ML-driven solutions to tackle intricate business challenges, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and robust.

• Innovation: Remain updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies, consistently integrating new advancements into solutions. Conduct rapid prototyping (POCs) for validation purposes.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders, to outline solution requirements and achieve high-quality results.

• End-to-End Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of the solution from ideation and design through to implementation and production.

• Quality Assurance: Guarantee the technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions through diligent testing, code reviews, and best practice adherence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in software development, including relevant experience in AI/ML design and development, with a strong background in delivering scalable AI solutions.

• Technical Skills:

• - Proficient in Python, with familiarity in RDBMS, ORM, and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• - Practical knowledge of ReactJS or any other JavaScript framework/library.

• - Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying chatbots/conversational agents utilizing NLP techniques and frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, or similar platforms.

• - Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models, and similar architectures.

• - Practical experience with predictive modeling techniques, including time series forecasting, regression, classification, and anomaly detection, is advantageous.

• - Familiarity with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, deep learning, and computer vision is a plus.

• - Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

• - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

• - Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimization and results.

• - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to document processes and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Professional certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
