This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Integrate pre-trained foundational models (OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models) into web and enterprise applications utilizing APIs and microservices.
• Develop and sustain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, semantic search layers, and workflows for vector data.
• Create multi-step AI orchestration chains, agentic workflows, and automated self-repairing coding mechanisms.
• Establish automated evaluation frameworks to measure AI accuracy, reduce model hallucination, and execute error metrics.
• Produce production-ready backend code, design resilient RESTful APIs, and oversee data layers.
• Enforce system safety protocols, data privacy measures, and prompt tracking to safeguard user data and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated success in delivering functional, AI-driven components or workflows in a production setting.
• Experience in developing high-concurrency public web applications.
• Familiarity with implementing industry best practices regarding code development and web application security.
• Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Business domain knowledge in e-commerce and/or back-office applications is advantageous.
• Experience with writing unit tests in an MVC environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with working in an Azure environment is a plus.
• Practical experience with highly secured enterprise-level applications is advantageous.
• Comprehensive software-stack experience is essential, including knowledge of MVC, Typescript, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, and T-SQL.
• Proficiency in Angular is required.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or the Hugging Face ecosystem is desirable.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MSSQL).
• Expertise in asynchronous programming, automated testing (unit/integration), Git version control, and system design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and deploying cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
