This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Identify and address AI-specific threats, such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial inputs, sensitive information disclosure, insecure output handling, excessive agency, model misuse, overreliance, and vulnerabilities in the third-party AI supply chain.
• Assess and prioritize proposed AI use cases in collaboration with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy teams prior to production deployment.
• Advise on controls and document decisions regarding AI use cases.
• Contribute to the organization’s agentic-work governance model by conducting autonomy classification reviews, monitoring agent activity, and collecting governance-review evidence.
• Evaluate the security posture and data handling practices of third-party AI vendors, model providers, and AI-enabled features.
• Maintain the approved provider list.
• Conduct SOC-style monitoring, alert triage, and investigations across cloud, application, and AI-enabled systems.
• Oversee AI API usage and data flows.
• Improve detection rules and logging for activities specific to AI.
• Assist in audit preparedness for SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance.
• Ensure alignment with NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
• Document AI security controls and risk assessments.
• Aid in AI-related incident response, investigations, and post-incident analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations, security analysis, or GRC with practical technical exposure.
• Solid understanding of LLM-specific threat categories, including those outlined in OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks, including NIST AI RMF.
• Ability to read logs, write basic queries and scripts, and conduct independent investigations.
• Strong proficiency in written English and a commitment to documentation standards.
• Comfortable working within a distributed team environment.
• Proven experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, improve decision-making, or foster innovation.
• Preferably located in Brno, Czech Republic.
• Bonus: Experience in monitoring or governing agentic AI systems, MCP integrations, or AI developer tooling.
