Senior Technology and Cyber Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform risk assessments related to IT, cybersecurity, and technology architecture.

• Develop and refine the Risk Appetite Framework, which includes Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and tolerance thresholds.

• Oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) through thorough due diligence and ongoing vendor monitoring.

• Implement Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and verify the effectiveness of controls across essential processes.

• Evaluate risks linked to product launches and technology changes prior to production.

• Communicate technical vulnerabilities to C-level executives in terms of their business implications.

• Assist in SOX, BACEN, and regulatory audits by providing necessary documentation and conducting process walkthroughs.

• Foster a culture of risk awareness through training and awareness programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within the technology, fintech, or financial services industries.

• Practical experience with risk assessments, risk appetite development, KRIs, and RCSA processes.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), COSO, and/or COBIT frameworks.

• Familiarity with TPRM and conducting risk assessments for critical third-party vendors.

• Capability to translate technical risks into quantifiable business impacts.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

• Experience in performing cloud risk assessments within AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

• Understanding of SOX, BACEN regulations (Resolutions 3909/4658), or the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Competence with GRC tools like ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust.

• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Power BI, or Python.

• Experience in AI governance and assessing risks associated with AI models.
