AI Sales Engineer, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our account executives to effectively communicate the comprehensive Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients.

• Work alongside some of the most advanced GenAI teams globally.

• Conduct product demonstrations of the Arize platform.

• Provide guidance on GenAI and ML best practices.

• Lead discovery sessions to comprehend the prospect’s GenAI technology stack, working with the Sales team to create a compelling value proposition for the Arize Platform.

• Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives with potential clients.

• Address technical objections and formulate strategies across sales, engineering, and product teams to overcome these challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simpler terms.

• Proficient in Python / Typescript.

• Familiarity with LLM / Agentic frameworks, including OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, and DSPy.

• Understanding of GenAI concepts as well as the evaluation and development lifecycle of applications.

• A quick and autonomous learner who is not deterred by the technical complexities of production AI deployments and embraces the opportunity to learn and develop personal insights.
