This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with our account executives to convey the comprehensive Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients.
• Engage closely with some of the most advanced GenAI teams globally.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to potential customers while forging relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations of the Arize platform.
• Provide guidance on best practices for GenAI and ML.
• Lead discovery sessions to comprehend the prospect’s GenAI tech stack, working with the Sales team to create a compelling value proposition for the Arize Platform.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives with prospective clients.
• Address technical objections and devise strategies across sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve them.
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to present complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
• Proficient in Python / Typescript.
• Familiarity with LLM / Agentic frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, and DSPy.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts alongside the application evaluation and development lifecycle.
• A quick learner who is undeterred by the technical complexities of production AI deployments and embraces the opportunity to learn and develop a personal point of view.
