This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop adversarial prompts to rigorously assess advanced AI models.
β’ Detect jailbreaks, unsafe behaviors, hallucinations, and failures in policy compliance.
β’ Assess model resilience in areas such as misinformation, cybersecurity, biosecurity, fraud, political content, and other sensitive fields.
β’ Document vulnerabilities and assist in creating safety benchmarking and red-teaming reports.
β’ Partner with AI researchers to enhance model alignment, resilience, and overall safety.
β’ Manage project timelines independently as a contractor.
β’ Engage in projects aimed at training and refining AI systems.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Public Policy, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of professional experience in AI Safety, AI Red Teaming, Trust & Safety, cybersecurity, investigative journalism, life sciences, or a comparable area.
β’ Excellent analytical reasoning, prompt crafting, and written communication abilities.
β’ Proven experience in designing adversarial prompts or assessing advanced AI systems.
β’ Preferably experienced in AI Red Teaming, RLHF, SFT, AI Alignment, or Trust & Safety.
β’ Familiarity with jailbreak testing, prompt engineering, or adversarial evaluation techniques is preferred.
β’ Expertise in complex domains such as cybersecurity, biosecurity, political content, misinformation, or scientific safety is desirable.
β’ Must be capable of functioning as an independent contractor.
β’ H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be considered.
β’ Fully remote position that allows for completion on your own timeline.
