AI Safety Experts – English, Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in red teaming for conversational AI models and agents through methods such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation.

• Create human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistency in testing processes.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios for clients.

• Investigate AI systems to identify vulnerabilities that automated tests may overlook.

• Broaden evaluation coverage while minimizing unexpected issues in production.

• Collaborate with top researchers on initiatives that develop and enhance cutting-edge AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required fluent/native proficiency in both English and Bengali.

• Previous experience in red teaming involving AI adversarial assessments, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to adversarially probe AI systems and challenge them to their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks or benchmarks for structured testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in articulating risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects and clients.

• Desirable specialties include adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, or innovative probing techniques.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.
