AI Safety Expert, English – Thai

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team evaluations of conversational AI models and agents through methods such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Create human-generated data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing procedures.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios.

• Assess AI outputs related to sensitive issues, including bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated testing may overlook.

• Enhance evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected outcomes in production.

• Fortify customer AI systems, promoting safer and more reliable AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Thai.

• Previous experience in red teaming, especially in AI adversarial tasks, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to adversarially probe AI systems and challenge them to their limits.

• Proficiency in using frameworks or benchmarks for systematic testing.

• Skill in articulating risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt to various projects and client needs.

• Preferred expertise in adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, or innovative probing methods.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
