AI Safety Expert – English, Kannada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments on conversational AI models and agents utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.

• Document failures, categorize vulnerabilities, and identify systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure uniform testing practices.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack case studies.

• Evaluate AI outputs regarding sensitive issues such as bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Work collaboratively with top researchers on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Native proficiency in both English and Kannada.

• Strong discernment regarding language and content, including evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of AI responses.

• Capability to articulate reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Meticulous attention to detail in identifying subtle errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.

• Consistent adherence to guidelines, taxonomies, benchmarks, playbooks, and quality standards.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects, task types, and clients.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• No requirement for H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.

• Preferred areas of expertise include adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risks, or innovative probing techniques.
