AI Safety Expert, English – Finnish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments on conversational AI models and agents through the use of jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Document AI shortcomings, categorize vulnerabilities, and signal systemic risks.

• Adhere to established taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistency in testing.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and instances of attacks.

• Evaluate AI outputs for biases, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Detect vulnerabilities overlooked by automated testing methods.

• Broaden evaluation coverage while minimizing unexpected outcomes in production.

• Enhance customer AI systems through data-driven human red teaming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient/native fluency in both English and Finnish.

• Previous experience in red teaming related to AI adversarial activities, cybersecurity, or socio-technical analysis.

• Capability to adversarially probe AI systems and challenge them to their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks, taxonomies, benchmarks, or playbooks for systematic testing.

• Skill in clearly communicating risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt to various projects and client needs.

• Preferred qualifications include expertise in adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risks, or innovative probing techniques.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Not eligible if an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate.
