AI Safety Expert, English – Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red teaming on conversational AI models and agents through methods such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Create human-generated data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Utilize taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing practices.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated tests may overlook.

• Increase evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected issues in production.

• Enhance the safety, robustness, and trustworthiness of customer AI systems.

• Collaborate on projects focused on training and advancing frontier AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Bengali is mandatory.

• Previous experience in red teaming related to AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing is essential.

• Capability to probe AI systems in an adversarial manner and to test their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks or benchmarks for systematic testing.

• Skill in clearly communicating risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adapt to various projects and client needs.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
