AI Safety Expert – English, Assamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments on conversational AI models and agents by utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.

• Create human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistency in testing.

• Develop reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios for clients.

• Detect vulnerabilities that automated tests may overlook.

• Increase evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected issues during production.

• Analyze AI outputs related to sensitive subjects following established communication guidelines.

• Proficiency in both English and Assamese is essential.

• Strong judgment regarding language and content; ability to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of AI responses.

• Keen attention to detail to identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.

• Consistent adherence to guidelines and quality standards.

• Capability to convey reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt to various projects, task types, and customer needs.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Comfort in dealing with sensitive topics such as bias, misinformation, or harmful behaviors; involvement in high-sensitivity projects is optional.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this position.
