AI Researcher – Implementation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Identify emerging AI tools and platforms that are pertinent to legal services.

• Conduct systematic research across various vendors, technologies, and use cases.

• Assess tools based on their ROI, scalability, compliance, and integration capabilities.

• Remain updated on developments in AI, automation, and legal technology.

• Design and implement pilot programs for chosen AI tools.

• Create workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for deployment across departments.

• Coordinate the implementation process across legal, intake, marketing, and operations teams.

• Integrate AI solutions with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), case management, and communication systems.

• Utilize AI for lead generation, ad optimization, and content creation.

• Enhance conversion rates through AI-driven targeting and messaging.

• Deploy AI for call handling, chatbots, and lead qualification.

• Streamline intake workflows to minimize response time and increase signed cases.

• Implement AI solutions for document automation, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and data extraction.

• Optimize case-management workflows for task automation, reminders, and case tracking.

• Leverage AI for legal research, deposition summaries, and document review.

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation through automation and data organization.

• Implement AI tools for billing, forecasting, collections, and financial reporting.

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across deployed AI systems.

• Create dashboards and reporting systems to assess performance and ROI.

• Continuously refine tools based on data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies in a professional context.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to evaluate tools based on ROI, scalability, and business impact.

• Experience in process enhancement, workflow design, or systems implementation.

• Ability to manage comprehensive implementation projects, from initial research to final deployment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, or business software integrations.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, building reports, or analyzing performance metrics.

• Background in a law firm, legal operations, or a legal tech environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), OCR tools, or analytics platforms.

• Experience in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or optimization of paid ads.

• Familiarity with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems.

• Understanding of document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools.

• Experience in building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

• Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation.

• Previous experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation-focused role.

• Reliable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup option in case of power interruption or service provider issues.

• Personal computer/laptop with 8GB RAM and a Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher processor.
