This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Workflow Optimization: Assist in enhancing AI-driven recruiting workflows throughout the candidate lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on pipeline management and automated evaluation systems.
• Talent Intelligence Management: Oversee talent rediscovery efforts and hotlist coordination to maximize the effectiveness of internal applicant pools.
• Recruiter Enablement: Foster the adoption and consistency of processes across various modern recruiting technology platforms.
• Process Compliance: Create workflow documentation and ensure adherence to operational standards across recruiting teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to achieve comprehensive technical alignment.
• Operational Efficiency: Organize candidate engagement strategies and spearhead initiatives that enhance the overall speed of the recruiting cycle.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
• Systems Exposure: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
• Operational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a robust background in process management and documentation.
• Technology Adoption: Highly adept at learning, adopting, and training teams on new technology platforms and AI-driven software.
• Execution: Proven ability to oversee multiple high-priority workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or a fast-paced recruitment agency setting.
• Advanced Tech: Direct involvement with AI-driven sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery systems.
