This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Workflow Enhancement: Assist in optimizing AI-powered recruiting workflows throughout the candidate lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes.
• Talent Intelligence Coordination: Oversee talent rediscovery initiatives and manage hotlist coordination to maximize the benefits of internal applicant pools.
• Recruiter Support: Foster the adoption and consistency of processes across various modern recruiting technology platforms.
• Compliance Assurance: Create workflow documentation and ensure adherence to operational standards across recruiting teams.
• Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations teams to ensure thorough technical alignment.
• Efficiency Improvement: Develop candidate engagement strategies and propel initiatives that enhance the overall speed of the recruiting cycle.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in process management and documentation.
• Technology Adaptation: Highly adept at learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new technology platforms and AI-driven software.
• Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency setting.
• Advanced Technology Exposure: Direct experience with AI-enabled sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery systems.
• Data Proficiency: Understanding of recruiting metrics, operational analytics, or pipeline reporting.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience in supporting talent acquisition processes within a technical recruiting context.
