AI Recruiting Operations Specialist – Staffing & Recruiting Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Provide support and enhance AI-driven recruitment workflows throughout the candidate lifecycle, with an emphasis on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes.

• Oversee talent rediscovery initiatives and coordinate hotlists to optimize the use of internal applicant pools.

• Promote the adoption of processes and consistency across various advanced recruiting technology platforms.

• Create workflow documentation and ensure operational compliance among recruiting teams.

• Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to achieve strong technical alignment.

• Organize candidate engagement strategies and lead initiatives that enhance overall recruiting cycle efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in process management and documentation.

• Highly adept at learning, adopting, and training teams on new technology platforms and AI-enabled software.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or a fast-paced recruitment agency environment (Nice-to-Have).

• Direct experience with AI-enabled sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery systems (Nice-to-Have).

• Knowledge of recruiting metrics, operational analytics, or pipeline reporting (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in supporting talent acquisition processes within a technical recruiting setting (Nice-to-Have).
