This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Workflow Enhancement: Assist in refining and optimizing AI-driven recruiting workflows throughout the candidate lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes.
• Talent Intelligence Oversight: Oversee talent rediscovery initiatives and manage hotlist coordination to maximize the potential of internal applicant pools.
• Recruiter Empowerment: Promote the adoption and standardization of processes across a variety of modern recruiting technology platforms.
• Compliance Assurance: Create workflow documentation and ensure operational adherence across recruiting teams.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to ensure robust technical alignment.
• Operational Effectiveness: Organize candidate engagement strategies and spearhead initiatives that enhance overall recruiting cycle efficiency.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
• Systems Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
• Operational Expertise: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proven track record in process management and documentation.
• Technology Proficiency: Highly adept at learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new technology platforms and AI-integrated software.
• Execution Skills: Proven capability to manage multiple high-priority workflows within a fast-paced environment.
