This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Workflow Optimization: Enhance and support AI-driven recruiting workflows throughout the candidate lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes.
• Talent Intelligence Management: Oversee talent rediscovery initiatives and coordinate hotlists to maximize the potential of internal applicant pools.
• Recruiter Enablement: Promote the adoption and consistency of processes across various modern recruiting technology platforms.
• Process Compliance: Develop workflow documentation and ensure operational adherence across recruiting teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to guarantee thorough technical alignment.
• Operational Efficiency: Organize candidate engagement strategies and lead initiatives that enhance overall recruiting cycle speeds.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
• Systems Exposure: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
• Operational Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proven history in process management and documentation.
• Technology Adoption: Highly adept at learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new technology platforms and AI-driven software.
• Execution: Proven capability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment.
