AI Recruiter – Demo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee AI-enhanced sourcing pipelines for UX/UI, web design, technical, and operational positions.

• Discover and connect with candidates who possess robust experience in web and customer-facing digital environments.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to transform experience design, business requirements, and growth system needs into precise talent profiles.

• Assess portfolios and candidates for their understanding of customer journey, interaction design, and practical web execution.

• Utilize automation tools and ATS platforms to enhance workflows and minimize manual tasks.

• Constantly improve candidate outreach, funnel effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

• Monitor and report on KPIs such as response rates, pipeline velocity, and quality of hires.

• Enhance recruiting systems to boost efficiency, candidate experience, and long-term hiring success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing, preferably with a focus on design, UX/UI, or digital experience roles.

• Strong grasp of contemporary ATS platforms, outreach tools, and AI-driven recruiting systems.

• Comfortable navigating automation, AI, and structured workflows.

• Data-oriented mindset, capable of measuring and refining recruiting KPIs.

• Exceptional written communication and candidate engagement abilities.

• Highly organized, systems-focused, and attentive to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple pipelines in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI sourcing tools or automation platforms, understanding of structured hiring, scorecard-based evaluations, or pipeline design, and experience recruiting for tech, design, or startup environments.
