AI Prompt & Workflow Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and continuously enhance AI prompts, agents, and automation workflows.

• Convert business requirements into AI-driven solutions, encompassing workflow design, prompts, inputs, outputs, instructions, and anticipated results.

• Create and manage multi-agent workflows.

• Develop testing scenarios and assess AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality.

• Troubleshoot and optimize agent performance based on testing and production feedback.

• Maintain and upgrade existing AI agents and workflows as business requirements, models, and technologies progress.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, business users, and stakeholders to comprehend processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Offer guidance and support to business users working on the development or maintenance of AI agents and workflows.

• Work together with Development teams to integrate AI workflows into systems and business applications.

• Establish and uphold best practices for prompt development, testing, documentation, governance, and ongoing support.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities consistent with the nature and level of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, or optimizing generative AI prompts, agents, or AI-driven workflows.

• Experience may be gained through professional employment, internships, academic projects, certifications, or other applied AI initiatives.

• Highly detail-oriented, with the capability to evaluate outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to document processes and clarify technical concepts to business users.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, AI platforms, tools, and business processes.

• Skill in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into structured AI prompts, workflows, and testing scenarios.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.

• Proficient in troubleshooting issues, conducting testing, and refining solutions through experimentation and iterative improvement.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive business and client information.
