AI Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish AI program roadmaps that align with organizational goals.

• Create program charters, milestones, and quantifiable success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

• Recognize dependencies, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with teams across Data Science, ML Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and IT.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, bridging technical and non-technical leaders.

• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party AI solution partners.

• Supervise the entire AI lifecycle: from problem definition to data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Implement Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Ensure production readiness, scalability, and governance of AI solutions.

• Provide updates at the executive level regarding AI program advancements.

• Convert technical concepts into narratives that highlight business impacts.

• Collaborate with the AI adoption and change management team to enhance organizational adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in program/project management.

• At least 2 years of experience managing AI/ML or data-driven projects.

• Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, ML/LLMOps concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
