AI Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and launch new federated data networks.

• Manage execution from start to finish in collaboration with major pharmaceutical partners.

• Integrate Apheris Foundry into active drug discovery initiatives.

• Transform networks from conceptual stages into operational models.

• Lead the adoption of Apheris networks and platform by leading pharmaceutical companies.

• Act as a primary contact for pharmaceutical scientists to facilitate execution progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in scientific or technical program management, alliance management, or delivering scientific software in a customer-facing role.

• In-depth understanding of molecular machine learning and drug discovery processes.

• Proficient in collaborating with computational chemists, DMPK scientists, and structural biologists.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-party programs.

• Capacity to take ownership of outcomes and perform well under pressure.
