AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with design-partner banks to convert real workflows into the semantic and metric model as well as the product roadmap.

• Establish and uphold the golden-question set — the validated questions and answers that govern every release.

• Focus on early delivery by balancing trade-offs among speed, accuracy, and security within an on-premises, regulated institutional framework.

• Take ownership of the AI product narrative aimed at bankers, procurement, and security stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to facilitate cross-functional groups, ensuring a banker-friendly experience, scoping, sequencing, and product enablement, including pilot programs with clients.

• Oversee the product lifecycle for AI-enabled banking solutions, including systems integration, analytics, roadmap planning, and product collateral and positioning for both new and existing products.

• Investigate market trends and perform competitive analysis to guide product positioning, objectives, and roadmap priorities.

• Partner with vendors and third-party strategic allies to bolster new and existing product initiatives.

• Define success metrics and measure product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in product management, particularly in enterprise or B2B software delivered to demanding clients in regulated sectors.

• Proficiency with data or analytics products (including metrics and semantic modeling), with a preference for experience in AI/ML features.

• Proven track record in engaging design-partners and early customers, as well as navigating security-gated enterprise sales cycles successfully.

• Excellent written communication skills and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
