This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Define and manage the roadmap for a virtual assistant-driven application interface, focusing on conversational experiences, agent functionalities, and workflow automation.
• Spearhead the development of HSI’s MCP, encompassing context management, memory, orchestration, and service integrations.
• Convert company strategy and customer requirements into unique AI-driven product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design AI-powered features utilizing LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Specify product requirements, including system behavior, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
• Drive execution through agile development cycles, ensuring a well-prioritized backlog of features and experiments.
• Establish and track AI performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, task success, latency, cost, hallucination rates).
• Lead experiments to enhance model outputs, workflows, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with data teams to define feedback loops, data requirements, and potential areas for fine-tuning or optimization.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline essential PM workflows, such as requirements documentation, backlog refinement, and internal communications.
• Rapidly prototype conversational flows and AI interactions to validate concepts early in the development process.
• Consolidate customer feedback, support data, and usage patterns into actionable insights.
• Continuously assess and adopt new AI tools to enhance product development efficiency and decision-making processes.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer workflows to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as an internal advocate and subject matter expert for AI-driven product capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; technical disciplines are preferred.
• 3–6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or platform products.
• Experience in building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong comprehension of LLMs, prompt design, RAG, and AI agent workflows.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases, orchestration frameworks).
• Experience in defining and enhancing AI system performance through metrics and evaluations.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to:
• - Generate and refine product requirements.
• - Prototype product experiences and workflows.
• - Analyze customer feedback and product data.
• Proven ability to boost speed and efficiency by incorporating AI into daily workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product directives.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.
