AI Product Evangelist, Community Builder – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Investigate new product features, integrations, and capabilities for agents as they arise

• Broaden practical, innovative, and unforeseen AI use cases, sharing testing results and insights with the team

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to investigate new workflows and applications

• Transform findings into demonstrations, tutorials, publications, and reusable materials

• Disseminate information about emerging AI capabilities, pertinent developments, and informed user viewpoints

• Enrich discussions and relationships within Reddit threads, Discord channels, and other AI communities

• Foster trust through valuable contributions and firsthand knowledge of the product

• Highlight inventive users and noteworthy projects to the attention of the team

• Connect users who could benefit from learning or collaborating with each other

• Build upon shared experiments, demonstrations, challenges, and cooperative activities

• Collaborate directly with the team developing the consumer AI agent to bolster go-to-market growth and adoption

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in testing product releases, discovering unexpected use cases, and engaging with others

• Practical experience with AI agents or advanced AI platforms, including building tools, executing complex workflows, or automating tasks beyond simple conversational prompts

• A portfolio of projects, demos, tutorials, workflows, or public contributions that showcase product fluency and innovative applications

• Experience in developing or actively participating in an AI or technology community, with proof of engagement through contributions

• Capability to create clear, persuasive content that explains features and replicates use cases

• Experience in identifying user requirements, product limitations, and emerging behaviors, translating observations into actionable recommendations

• Practical knowledge of agents, bots, integrations, or automation to enhance community engagement and minimize repetitive tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to independently prioritize tasks, test concepts, fulfill commitments, and adapt as product features develop

• Direct experience as a power user of the product is highly preferred

• In-depth experience with another cutting-edge AI agent or platform is relevant

• Relevant examples, handles, profiles, or community links, along with evidence of influence, should be included when applicable

• A formal community management title is not mandatory
