AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for features from specifications through deployment and bug resolution.

• Utilize Claude Code to create Golang backend code.

• Assess AI-generated output for quality and architectural suitability.

• Resolve bugs to familiarize yourself with our codebase, then swiftly develop new features.

• Make prompt decisions regarding whether to build, buy, or generate solutions using AI.

• Communicate with customers when they encounter issues and implement fixes on the same day.

• Commitment to maximum quality: you thoroughly test your own work since we lack a QA team; everything you deliver MUST function correctly.

• A product-oriented approach: you are invested in understanding the reasons behind our projects.

• Demonstrated experience with Claude Code, including specific examples.

• Strong expertise in Golang; you will review AI-generated code and need to comprehend its functionality.

• A passion for developing simple, secure, and observable systems that perform efficiently under high loads.

• Availability for on-call duties occasionally to help ensure the reliability and uptime of our platform.

• Comprehensive architectural knowledge of constructing modern full-stack applications.

• Excellent English communication skills and a reliable internet connection for daily video conferencing.

• ⚠️ Must be located in European or African time zones (±3 hours from CET).

• Must be available full-time (40 hours per week).
