AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of generative and agentic AI from conceptualization to deployment.

• Take ownership of evaluation and quality assurance: confidence scoring, accuracy assessment, and regression testing.

• Initiate the data flywheel from day one: document every AI draft and final output.

• Construct the product from start to finish, incorporating automations and integrations.

• Collaborate in a forward-deployed manner using contemporary LLMOps practices alongside live deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-stack engineer: You have the ability to build and deliver products end-to-end, confidently navigating the entire stack — from data models and services to the user interfaces.

• Strong product mindset: Your focus is on achieving outcomes, not merely delivering features.

• Experienced with GenAI and agentic workflows: You possess several years of experience in building and managing agentic AI in a production environment.

• Proficient in TypeScript and Python: You utilize TypeScript for products, services, and agents, while employing Python for deterministic logic and data processing.

• Automation and reliability: Ideally, you have experience with browser automation and system integrations via APIs and MCP.

• Evaluation and LLMOps: You rigorously assess model outputs and implement modern LLMOps and CI/CD methodologies.

• SaaS and domain experience: You have successfully integrated AI into B2B SaaS applications.

• Fluent English: You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication with our team and stakeholders.
