AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and implement new AI products, guiding them from initial concept to production.

• Create APIs, microservices, and workflows that leverage AI models.

• Utilize tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Azure AI, and Promptfoo.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment.

• Develop evaluation suites and guarantee the reliability of models.

• Take responsibility for the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment, scaling, and optimization.

• Provide AI-driven features and solutions that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in software development utilizing Python and JavaScript frameworks.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools such as LangChain, Azure AI, OpenAI, Promptfoo, LangSmith, or AWS Bedrock.

• Familiarity with vector databases like PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

• Experience in constructing or integrating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Strong communication skills, adept problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative approach.

• A curious nature, with a desire to continually learn, experiment, and take the initiative.

• Proficiency in English.
