AI Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of AI-driven workflows and enhancements within designated areas of the product suite.

• Recognize challenges faced by clients and internal teams in using the product, prioritizing what needs to be addressed first.

• Develop and refine AI-powered automations, tools, checks, and workflows that enhance delivery speed and quality.

• Convert actual client issues and usage challenges into tangible product improvements, rather than merely notes, presentations, or tickets.

• Employ AI and internal tools to analyze product behavior, examine structured data, troubleshoot issues, and test concepts.

• Collaborate directly with engineers and product colleagues to implement beneficial changes.

• Interact with clients as necessary to comprehend the core issues and verify the effectiveness of solutions.

• Document your creations and insights to enable others to utilize, enhance, and trust your work.

• Proven experience in building, automating, enhancing, or managing real projects, regardless of their scale.

• High level of initiative: you identify weaknesses, ambiguities, or gaps, form a perspective, and drive progress without waiting for everything to be fully prepared.

• Authentic AI proficiency that goes beyond superficial applications.

• Practical experience using AI to investigate, construct, automate, classify, transform, or significantly alter a workflow.

• Adequate product judgment to discern what is important, balance user requirements with technical limitations, and prevent overengineering.

• Ownership of outcomes: you care about the real-world effectiveness of your work, not just the completion of your tasks.

• Technical curiosity: you desire to understand tools, data, permissions, dependencies, and potential failure modes rather than remaining at a superficial level.

• Comfort in managing a problem from start to finish: identifying the issue, framing it, prototyping a solution, validating it, and collaborating with others to implement it.

• Strong written communication skills to ensure your work is inspectable, reusable, and easily accessible for others.

• Awareness of standards: you can recognize when something is lacking, fragile, underdeveloped, or insufficient.

• Experience in SaaS, product operations, technical operations, automation, or a related field.

• Familiarity with content platforms, CMS tools, sports-tech products, or media workflows.

• Experience collaborating with clients or client-facing teams.

• Side projects, experiments, prototypes, or examples that demonstrate your ability to learn and build independently.
