AI Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create the comprehensive experience for autonomous agents throughout the procurement process.

• Develop the human review component, which includes context for reviewers and workflows for approval, rejection, or correction.

• Collaborate with the AI Engineer to determine when agents operate independently and when human intervention is required.

• Foster trust by clearly communicating the actions of the agent, the reasons behind its decisions, and how to override them.

• Transform actual procurement processes into structured workflows that can be utilized by both agents and humans.

• Rapidly prototype, engage with real users for testing, and refine based on production challenges.

• Collaborate closely with commercial and operations teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of procurement from start to finish.

• Strong foundation in product design and the capability to organize real-world workflows effectively.

• Skill in designing for trust, transparency, and ensuring human oversight of automated systems.

• Experience with approval processes, audit trails, override functionalities, and confidence metrics.

• Background in designing AI-driven or agentic products, particularly those that are autonomous and in production.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with engineers in the early stages to develop feasible solutions.

• Familiarity with testing and refining live products based on actual usage and failures.

• A builder's mindset: quickly prototype, launch, monitor results, and adapt accordingly.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a small team environment.

• Interest in the complete procurement process.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence.
