AI-Powered Content and Lead Operations Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing an AI-based personal branding and real estate deal flow system

• Deliver content execution and editing using established formats

• Upload and schedule content across various platforms

• Assess leads prior to escalation to the client

• Develop and sustain a network of real estate professionals

• Help in creating and managing WhatsApp groups

• Engage daily with Claude (the AI dashboard)

• Perform tasks based on outputs generated by AI

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in:

• Social media execution (not strategy)

• Lead management / community management

• Strong organizational and task management abilities

• Excellent written English for communication and messaging

• High attention to detail and proficiency in following structured processes

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Must be comfortable using AI tools on a daily basis

• Experience with Claude is preferred but not mandatory

• Must be a quick learner and willing to adopt AI as a primary workflow tool.
