AI Ops Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and automate CI/CD pipelines for the agile release of AI/ML systems and essential applications.

• Ensure high availability, observability, and ongoing support for mission-critical production systems.

• Lead cost governance (FinOps), monitoring usage and implementing financial optimization strategies.

• Manage and continuously enhance our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), striving for state-of-the-art practices.

• Design architectural enhancements to support GenAI workloads, emphasizing low latency and scalability.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to refine model lifecycle management through MLOps methodologies.

• Develop guardrails and automations to identify financial anomalies and minimize resource wastage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or MLOps engineer in high-criticality environments.

• Advanced understanding of public cloud ecosystems (multi-cloud AWS and GCP).

• Extensive expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE or EKS).

• Technical proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.

• Established background in FinOps, including billing analysis and asset optimization.

• Proficient in Python for creating internal automation tools.

• Analytical mindset focused on unit economics and operational efficiency.
