This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Technology Solutions team to develop an AI-driven operational environment.

• Configure and enhance Claude Code, Claude Agents, ChatGPT Projects, Artifacts, and AI development setups.

• Create reusable AI workflows, prompt libraries, agents, and internal AI support systems.

• Integrate business systems using APIs, MCP servers, and contemporary integration platforms.

• Design executive dashboards that encompass sales, recruiting, product development, customer success, marketing, operations, finance, and essential business metrics.

• Establish automation workflows to minimize manual tasks across various departments.

• Arrange company documentation into searchable, AI-ready knowledge bases.

• Maintain GitHub repositories, development workflows, and technical documentation.

• Investigate and assess new AI tools to enhance productivity and business outcomes.

• Document each solution for ongoing organizational utility and upkeep.


⛳️ Requirements

• Students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.

• Familiarity with Git or GitHub, Claude Code, Claude Projects, Claude Artifacts, REST APIs, SQL, dashboard creation, technical writing, or process documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A robust portfolio, GitHub profile, personal projects, or examples of automation work are regarded as valuable as classroom experience.

• Must currently reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

• A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and transforming business operations.

• Capability to independently learn new technologies.

• Proficiency in solving complex problems through automation.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Attention to detail.

• Comfort in a dynamic startup environment.

• Willingness to take ownership of projects from conception to execution.

• Comprehensive documentation skills and the ability to develop maintainable systems.
