AI-Native Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the architecture and system design for AMPECO's global SaaS platform.

• Establish the technical direction for AI agents, evaluating their outputs.

• Collaborate with product owners to refine stories and transform requirements into implementation-ready specifications.

• Oversee AI agents and confirm implementation plans, acceptance-test plans, test evidence, and proof of work.

• Grant final approval for completed stories.

• Incorporate review feedback into skills, rules, and checklists.

• Enhance CODA by improving agent instructions, fortifying automated quality control, and expanding workflows.

• Examine plans, diffs, bugs, root causes, fixes, and test outcomes.

• Organize the next set of tasks for automated implementation and testing.

• Assume product ownership from conception through production, ensuring quality and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid software engineering fundamentals in system design, API design, data modeling, and code review.

• Capability to review work at the level of detail one could have developed themselves.

• Strong writing abilities for specifications and review feedback.

• A keen sense and judgment regarding software quality.

• An inquisitive nature about AI engineering tools and a willingness to co-manage the development factory.

• Experience with PHP/Laravel is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or React Native is a plus.

• Engineering expertise is prioritized over framework history.
