AI Model Training and Deployment Developer – New Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of technology specialists to investigate AI possibilities and apply business logic to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Utilize a low-code AI studio to design, train, and enhance AI models.

• Convert business requirements into effective AI workflows.

• Tailor and configure pre-existing AI components to meet project specifications.

• Organize, preprocess, and manage datasets to optimize AI training processes.

• Execute strategies for data cleaning, augmentation, and validation.

• Work alongside the team to identify and source data for particular use cases.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of development workflows and decisions made.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar tools).

• Proficient in Java, React.js, or other programming languages.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and business logic fundamentals.

• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Experience in software development with Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, ReactJS, and JMS.
