AI Marketing Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of work.

• Integrate systems utilizing APIs, no-code automation, or scripting across marketing, growth, capture, partnerships, and customer support.

• Establish technical frameworks for assessing and comprehending marketing performance.

• Detect team bottlenecks and suggest, prototype, and implement solutions.

• Assist in the planning and execution of website redesigns in collaboration with design, product, and marketing teams.

• Utilize AI design tools to generate initial drafts of visuals, presentations, and web concepts for brand enhancement.

• Contribute to campaigns, events, and content creation through research, drafting, analysis, and production.

• Document workflows and systems to facilitate team adoption, maintenance, and expansion.

• Keep abreast of the AI landscape and recommend valuable tools and innovative ideas.

• Travel may be necessary, expected to be under 20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or a related domain.

• A portfolio or project presentation demonstrating something developed or automated using AI and the results achieved.

• Proficiency in using AI design and prototyping tools, such as Claude Design, to create drafts, mockups, and presentations.

• Familiarity with APIs, no-code automation, or scripting for system integration and task automation.

• Excellent communication abilities and capability to collaborate effectively across different functions.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of following through on tasks.

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Figma, Claude, and OpenAI is preferred.

• Background in marketing, growth, or sales workflows is advantageous.

• Knowledge of web design principles or Content Management Systems is preferred.

• Understanding of defense, aerospace, or government client requirements is a plus.
