AI Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing and delivering the AI product roadmap.

• Strategically plan and execute the integration of AI for product development in platforms like Salesforce and SAP.

• Transform strategies into prioritized product plans and measurable business outcomes.

• Integrate AI functionalities into the K2U learning ecosystem, which includes personalized learning paths, AI tutors and copilots, skills intelligence, and capability assessments.

• Collaborate closely with product teams to transition features from ideation to production.

• Ensure that AI contributes to improved learning outcomes rather than merely delivering content.

• Design, launch, and continually refine AI products and their associated features.

• Work in partnership with content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure effective product launches.

• Keep track of AI trends and suggest new opportunities or strategic adjustments.

• Assess and implement new AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.

• More than 3 years of experience delivering AI-driven products or solutions.

• Proven experience in bringing AI products from concept through to production.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, APIs, automation, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

• Ability to work effectively across product, technical, and business teams.

• Excellent prioritization, execution, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Inquisitive, hands-on, and dedicated to keeping up with the fast-paced AI landscape.

• Capable of translating complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
