📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver a postgraduate-level online program focused on AI Leadership.

• Facilitate weekly live online sessions utilizing structured course materials.

• Lead the academic delivery process across various cohorts.

• Supervise Assistant Facilitators to ensure consistent learner engagement and high marking standards.

• Offer personalized guidance and academic feedback to learners according to established rubrics.

• Monitor and uphold high standards in delivery, assessment, and learner satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to manage content updates and address challenges.

• Engage in program review discussions and contribute insights for ongoing improvement.

• Represent the program in internal panels or forums as necessary.

• Ensure that all academic activities comply with established frameworks and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a relevant PhD.

• Experience in university-level lecturing and marking or a similar background.

• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating within structured academic or executive education environments.

• Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy, and ethics in business or organizational contexts.

• Proficient in moderating and engaging online groups comprised of senior professionals.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for academic facilitation and learner interaction.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coordinate supporting facilitators.

• Well-organized, proactive, and reliable in managing multiple delivery timelines.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely with diverse teams across different time zones.

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Residing in the UK or a compatible time zone.
