AI Internship – Agentic & Machine Learning Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and implement AI and machine learning solutions that meet business requirements.

• Develop, test, and enhance AI agents, prompts, workflows, and machine learning models utilizing both structured and unstructured data.

• Establish contextual data layers and orchestration frameworks to boost agent and model efficiency.

• Assess solutions for precision, scalability, and effectiveness, including conducting tests on edge cases and potential failure modes.

• Document experiments, model outcomes, agent iterations, and critical insights to facilitate ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Work alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to a dynamic team across essential functions.

• Obtain insights into the daily operations of a diverse organization while enhancing business acumen.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work remotely within the United States, including a private or semi-private workspace.

• Commitment to participate for the entire 10-week program, Monday through Friday.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• Strong engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining video presence during meetings.

• Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college or university.

• Must have at least junior-level (3rd year) standing.

• Degree focus in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in constructing and refining AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models.

• Preferred experience in designing prompts and workflows that enable agents to reason, plan, and act independently.

• Preferred experience in working with structured and unstructured datasets, metadata, and metric definitions.

• Preferred experience in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.

• Preferred experience in optimizing models through hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation.
