AI Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify areas to incorporate AI into creative, operational, and administrative processes.

• Research, assess, and implement AI tools that enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.

• Develop internal AI workflows utilizing large language models, automation platforms, AI agents, and creative AI tools.

• Produce documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, and internal playbooks.

• Create workflows that minimize repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and creative standards are upheld.

• Provide training for team members on AI tools and best practices via workshops, documentation, and individual support.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and suggest practical applications for the agency.

• Work alongside creative, strategy, project management, and leadership teams to formulate AI-driven solutions.

• Test, refine, and continually enhance internal AI systems as tools evolve.

• Assist in establishing governance, quality standards, and responsible AI practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with leading AI platforms and large language models.

• Proficiency in building automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and workflow automation.

• Background in integrating AI into actual business or creative workflows.

• Strong knowledge of current generative AI tools for writing, research, image creation, and video production.

• Capability to assess emerging technologies and identify where they provide significant value.

• Exceptional documentation and process design abilities.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills when engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across various teams.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about rapidly evolving technology.

• Experience with API integrations and connecting AI services across different platforms is advantageous.

• Background in developing custom GPTs, AI assistants, or autonomous agents is a plus.

• Understanding of knowledge management systems and internal documentation is a plus.

• Experience in creative agency, marketing, or production settings is a plus.

• Familiarity with change management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

• Basic scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages are a plus.

• Experience in AI governance, security, and responsible AI implementation is a plus.
